(ROCKWALL, TX — July 27, 2016) Veronica Martinez was honored as the Rockwall County Employee of the Quarter by Commissioners Court at their July 26 meeting. Martinez is the Chief Clerk for Justice of the Peace Mark Russo, who nominated her for the honor. “She is a hard working person,” Russo said, adding that Martinez has a sunny disposition every day and is a great leader.
