(ROCKWALL, TX — September 7, 2017) Members of the National Charity League, Inc. (NCL), Lone Star Chapter hosted Kaden Newton, the founder of Mac and Cheese and Pancakes (macandcheeseandpancakes.com), at their August chapter meeting. Kaden was part of the Fiesta and Philanthropies meeting that kicked off the school year for NCL members. Over 3000 hours have been served by the NCL moms and daughters this summer at local philanthropies such as Rockwall Pets, Women in Need, Helping Hands, Meals on Wheels, Rockwall Community Playhouse, Boys and Girls Club, and Special Olympics. The Senior Class of 2018 announced their theme, “Our Adventure Awaits,” for the Senior Presentation on February 24, 2018. National Charity League is committed to the development of mothers and daughters as leaders and is dedicated to improving local communities through hands-on volunteerism.
