(ROCKWALL, TX — April 11, 2019) The Rockwall Noon Rotary Club recognized Hallie Harrod of Rockwall-Heath High School as a Student of Honor this week.
Rockwall-Heath Principal Todd Blackford said Harrod is very deserving of the honor because she has great values, is respectful to her peers, and is a friend to all.
“Hallie is a young lady who is very welcoming and very personable. But more importantly, she’s a great kid who exemplifies the characteristics that we all expect here in our community. She’s a leader in our school and we want to recognize her for her efforts in and out of the classroom,” Blackford said.
Harrod received a leadership scholarship from the University of Montana, where she plans to attend after high school.
