Nebbie Williams Elementary recognizes winners of annual science competition

(ROCKWALL, TX — March 9, 2016) Nebbie Williams Elementary held its 3rd Annual Science Fair competition on Thursday,March 3rd for students grades Kindergarten through 6th grade.
