Rockwall-Heath student crowned Miss Rockwall’s Outstanding Teen 2016
(ROCKWALL, TX — March 22, 2016) Emma Oleksinski, a Rockwall-Heath High School sophomore, was crowned Miss Rockwall’s Outstanding Teen 2016 at the Miss South Central Texas pageant.
