Rockwall Soroptimist awards Memorial Scholarship to RHS senior
(ROCKWALL, TX — May 26, 2017) The Rockwall Soroptimist presented a Susan Faulkner Memorial Scholarship to Rockwall High School senior, Sydney Chalk.
