ROCKWALL, TX (October 16, 2014) Nebbie Williams Elementary kindergarteners recently celebrated their study of all things Fall by dressing up as scarecrows. This is always a fun day for the kindergarten classes and the older kids enjoy stopping by the classrooms to check out all the scarecrows.
