(ROCKWALL, TX – Nov 5, 2015) The Rockwall Area Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony recently to celebrate the opening of Guaranty Bank & Trust located at 2255 Ridge Rd #150. The event included live music, catering provided by Chef Cassy’s Creations, Cowboys tickets and a Yeti cooler give away.
