Irving residents can enjoy farm-fresh vegetables from Farmers Boy’s Market, open Mondays through Saturdays at 1216 Rock Island at MacArthur Blvd. The market, owned by Frankie Elmore and his daughter Amanda, opens at 8 a.m. and closes when items are sold out. Elmore plans to expand the market to include even more products and fresh foods from surrounding farms soon.
