(Rockwall) The Rockwall County Historical Foundation will resume its Brown Bag lecture Series at noon Friday, Sept. 9 in the Historic Court House on the square.
The topic will be “Headlines and Highlights: Part II”. All programs are free, open to the public and family friendly.
