Scott Sams to spotlight True Blue DFW businesses

WATCH as Scott talks about what it means to be a True Blue Business.

The True Blue Business Recognition Series uses multiple channels of media to publicly recognize exceptional companies and business owners in the Dallas-Fort Worth area that are “doing business right.”

Businesses that qualify for the Recognition Series are interviewed by news anchor Scott Sams on KRLD NewsRadio 1080 and featured as a True Blue DFW Business of the Day. They are also featured online at blueribbonnews.com and promoted through social media, as well as through submissions to various news outlets like The Dallas Morning News, The Dallas Business Journal and community newspapers. Some are profiled in print in the True Blue Business special supplement to the Wall Street Journal.

Whether you’re a start-up company, mid-sized business or a corporate giant, True Blue eligibility is determined not necessarily by your company’s size, its ability to produce the highest sales volume, achieve record growth, or introduce the latest gadget.

Instead, the Series focuses on identifying and publicly recognizing businesses and owners that adhere to high ethical standards. These are the companies that are taking care of business by taking care of their customers, their employees, and the community. Eligible businesses act with honesty and integrity, are “true blue” and loyal to the people they serve, and often go the extra mile.

Put simply, the True Blue Recognition Series shines the spotlights on companies that Dallas-Fort Worth can count on.
