(Dallas) The Dallas Regional Chamber will host a State of the County luncheon featuring newly-elected Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins from 8 to 9 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 28 at the Sheraton-Dallas, 400 N. Olive St.
