(Wylie) The community is welcome as Hartman Elementary School, 510 S. Birmingham St. in Wylie, presents its annual fall carnival from noon to 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 29. There will be a petting zoo, hay rides, games, haunted maze on the stage, food, costume contest and vendor mall and silent auction.
