An estimated 205 jobs and a $60 million development and a corporate headquarters are coming to Frisco with the relocation of Gearbox Software to Frisco Square.
The project, designed by O’Brien Associates, is set to break ground in 2012, with Gearbox Software being the lead tenant taking 61,000 square feet of office space.

The 8-story building will incorporate 100,000 square feet of office space, 50,000 square feet of retail space, 220 apartment units and parking facilities. “We are proud to have Gearbox Software moving their corporate headquarters to Frisco. This relocation reinforces our commitment to recruiting a young, diverse workforce and keeping the Frisco business community competitive,” said James Gandy, president of the Frisco Economic Development Corporation.
Frisco Square Development was represented by Jones Lange LaSalle’s Senior Vice Presidents James Esquivel and Jeff Eckert and Gearbox Software, LLC was represented by Baron Aldrine with CB Richard Ellis.
