The Royse City Chamber of Commerce and the Royse City Merchants Association held a joint After-Hours/Progressive Ribbon Cutting on Tuesday, Dec. 6.
The event was called “The 12 Minutes of Christmas,” since every 12 minutes the group of revelers would head to the next location on the agenda.
Eliteware Systems at 305 E. Main St. kicked off the night with lots of wonderful refreshments, and they held their Chamber ribbon cutting.
Then it was on to Memory Bound Scrapbooking Store at 211 E. Main for their ribbon cutting ceremony and cheesecake!
After that stop the group moved across the street to Ginger’s Boutique at 130 E. Main where everyone had fun checking out her array of items and tasty treats before holding her Chamber ribbon cutting.
Next up on the “12 Minutes of Christmas” event was a stop at Main Street Consignment and Mattress.
Everyone celebrated the occasion with more delicious refreshments. Several people made smart holiday purchases.
Across the street to The Well Coffee Lounge we then went to have holiday coffee and chocolate while learning more about Send Out Cards from Sheila Whitney.
Last on our tour of Main Street was LaRue Chic Boutique where Candace provided us with a great nightcap for our evenings festivities (along with AMAZING specials) and Amanda Self from Mary Kay Cosmetics also waited to help us with our holiday shopping needs.
All along the way RCTV from Royse City High School was documenting the evening on film! Such a FUN night in Royse City.
