Sabine Creek Ranch is located at 576 Sabine Creek Road in Royse City.

Sabine Creek Ranch, located just 8 miles east of Rockwall off Highway 276, has rescheduled its annual catfish dinner to Saturday, Feb. 18, from 5 to 8 p.m. in the Dining Hall.

The all-you -can-eat catfish dinner is open to the public and includes all the fixin’s. The annual gathering was originally set for Friday, but a recent victory by the Heritage Christian Academy girls’ basketball team has landed the team in the playoffs, and many Sabine Creek families will be attending the playoff game on Friday.

“We’ve never moved an event like this on such short notice, but after making some calls, we felt it was the best option to ensure a good turnout and great party,” said Eddie Walker, Sabine Creek Ranch.

Sabine Creek Ranch is a working cattle ranch and equestrian center with meeting space available for groups of up to 350, chef prepared meals and guest lodging.

Many church groups, clubs and organizations have found Sabine Creek’s annual catfish dinner to be the perfect outing for food, music and fellowship.
