Garden Secrets series begins with free birding class

Keep Lewisville Beautiful will hold its first Garden Secrets class of the year from 6 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 16 at the Glenmore Savage Community Room of the Lewisville Municipal Annex, 1197 W. Main St.

The free class on beginner birding is the perfect class for those who love bird watching, counting and making an environment that is inviting to these birds. Key speaker for the class is Lisa Cole from Lewisville Lake Environmental Learning Area, who will discuss bird habitats, silhouettes, field markings and other identification tips.
