The Amateur Community Theatre of Rowlett will perform “You Can’t Beat the House,” during the last three weekends of April at Rowlett Historical Society, 3913 Main St., 75088.
This comic adventure by Pat Cook is the story of two minor-league burglars caught inside a home that is up for sale. When prospective buyers Conrad and Glenda show up, Merle pretends to be a real estate agent, while Howie makes a run for the car.
The real fun begins when the REAL real estate agent shows up and Merle has to juggle the couple and the agent.
