Community Solutions Cooperative to host conference on family violence awareness

Join the Community Solutions Cooperative for “A Community Responds,” the first annual Family Violence and Awareness Educational Conference, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday, April 27, 2012.

Guest speakers will include Rockwall Mayor David Sweet, Rockwall County DA Kenda Culpepper, Aaron Setliff of Texas Council on Family Violence, local shelters and nonprofit leaders, civic, faith-based and medical community leadership, survivors, and law enforcement leadership.

The cost will be $35 per person.

CEU credits are being arranged; inquire at the time of registration. Stay tuned as more details are announced.
