The City of Lewisville has implemented a new emergency notification system called DeltAlert. This system will work very similar to the city’s previous emergency system, CodeRED, with a few enhancements.
The new system offers a feature to alert residents and businesses of severe weather automatically and will feed the city’s social media accounts. However, those interested in the service must sign up, as the CodeRED data will not migrate to the new system.
