The Rockwall Rotary Club recently awarded $1,000 each to the Rockwall Art League and Citizens on Patrol Association.

The $1,000 presented to the Rockwall Art League with be used for their Community Art Outreach Program that was recently started in participation with Throwaway Ponies.
