Honoring volunteers at Lake Pointe Health Network

Thursday, April 19 was a day of celebration for the many volunteers who give of their time to the various units and departments of the Lake Pointe Health Network.

The volunteers were honored by the staff at a delicious breakfast catered by hospital chef, Nathan Long, and each received a pin with the National Volunteer Week logo:  Volunteers Exceptional People Extraordinary Hearts.

“Volunteers are truly extraordinary people who perform extraordinary works at Lake Pointe.  Their dedication and  service to Lake Pointe  is appreciated each and every day,”  explained Sharon Talty, Volunteer Coordinator at Lake Pointe Health Network.

Applications for volunteers and student volunteers are being accepted at Lake Pointe either through the lakepointemedical.com or by obtaining an application through Human Resources at Lake Pointe Medical Center – 6800 Scenic Drive, Rowlett, Texas.
