AYBR attorneys, Peters and Wysocki, recognized among state’s top young lawyers
(Plano) April 18, 2012 – Albin Yates Balius Roach is pleased to announced today that two of its family law attorneys have been named to the annual Texas Rising Stars listing of the state’s top young lawyers.
Monica Peters and Michael Wysocki represent clients in matters ranging from divorce involving property division, divorce involving child custody disputes, adoptions, suits affecting parent-child relationship, enforcements of court orders, suits involving child protective services, and suits to establish paternity and child support.
“Monica and Michael bring exceptional energy, ability and dedication to their careers,” said AYBR Partner Marissa Balius. “We are pleased to have these attorneys on our team, and look forward to seeing the continued development of their already remarkable skills as litigators and mediators.”
As part of the Texas Rising Stars list, Peters and Wysocki will be named in the April 2012 issues of Texas Monthly and Texas Rising Stars magazines. Both were also named to the Texas Rising Stars list in 2010.
To develop the annual listing, researchers surveyed attorneys from across the state, for feedback on the best lawyers in Texas age 40 or younger, and those who have been practicing for ten years or fewer. Less than 2.5 percent of all eligible lawyers earn the Texas Rising Stars distinction each year.
