Book signing with Missy Buchanan May 14

(Rockwall) May 8, 2012 – Rockwall author Missy Buchanan will sign copies of “My Story, My Song,” a book she wrote with Robin Roberts of Good Morning America about Robin’s 88-year-old mother, Lucimarian Roberts, from 1 to 2 p.m. Monday, May 14 in the Ebby Halliday Rockwall office, 2602 Ridge Road Drive (near Interstate 30 and Ridge Road).

“At 88 years of age, she has so much to teach others about overcoming life’s challenges and living faithfully as she continues to age,” Missy writes about Lucimarian on her Facebook page.

Missy is the author of Talking with God in Old age: meditations and Psalms (Upper Room 2010); Living with Purpose in a Worn-Out Body: Spiritual Encouragement for Older Adults (Upper Room 2008); and Don’t Write my Obituary Just Yet (Upper Room Books, 2011). She is a columnist for United Methodist Reporter.
