(Heath) May 8, 2012 – The City of Heath invites the public to a reception honoring Mayor John Ratcliffe at 8 p.m. Tuesday, May 15 in the Community Room at City Hall, 200 Laurence Drive.
Mayor Ratcliffe announced in January that he would not seek re-election after his fourth term ended this month. He served the Heath community as Mayor from 2004 to 2012.
