The Magic Music 2012 Dallas Summer Music Camps will be held from 1 to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday on June 18-22; July 16-20; and August 6-10 at Churchill Recreation Center, 6906 Churchill Way, in Dallas, 75230.
Registration began April 14 for the camps, which are designed for children ages 6 through 12. No prior musical training is needed.
Students will learn beginner basics about numerous instruments from many Magic Music Teachers throughout each week. Instruments usually include: Piano, Guitar, Violin, Drum Kit, Saxophone, Flute, Cello, Singing, and more!
Activities include music lessons, movies, games, and treats.
