SuperStar Bulldogs place second in Destination Imagination Global Finals

(Royse City ISD) May 29, 2012 – Royse City’s SuperStar Bulldogs made the Destination Imagination Journey to Global Finals in Knoxville, Tennessee this past week from May 23-26.

They joined 1,276 other teams from 45 states, seven Canadian provinces and 13 countries.

The Bulldogs were successful in their quest and placed 2nd in the “World” by competing in Challenge A “Assembly Required,” which is a technical challenge.

The team, managed by Kelly Margot and assisted by Maria O’Connor, included Brendan O’Connor, Lacey Howell, Sarah Nolan, Ethan Margot, Cade Baridon, Camille Meeks, and Karina Revilla.

Congratulations to the SuperStar Bulldogs for the win and for being exemplary ambassadors for Royse City and the state of Texas.
