June 26, 2012 – The Rowlett Chamber of Commerce welcomed new member Chase Home Physical Therapy with a ribbon cutting on Tuesday, June 19.
Chase Home Physical Therapy Services is an in-home therapy provider that offers gait training, therapeutic exercises, balance training, home safety evaluations, self care and home management training, therapeutic modalities and manual techniques.
Sandy Chase, owner and licensed physical therapist, has over twenty years of experience in therapeutic techniques. She focuses on patient goals and improving the patient’s quality of life as well as fall prevention.
