(Lewisville) August 26, 2012 – People are not the only ones who like to take a refreshing dip in the pool. Bring your darling doggie to Sun Valley Aquatic Center for the annual Doggie Dive-In to be held Saturday, Sept. 8, from 9:30 a.m. to noon, featuring a morning full of fun canine activities.
Contests include Best Costume, Best Trick, Longest Jump, and Fastest Ball Retrieval. Written proof of current Bortatella, DHLP and Rabies vaccinations must be presented upon check-in on the day of the event. Only dogs will be permitted in the water.
The cost is $4 per dog; free for humans. Space limited to 250 dogs.
