(Allen) August 1, 2012 – Jesse S. Alvarez has been appointed Executive Chef of the Hilton Garden Inn Dallas/Allen.
Chef Jesse most recently served as Operations Manager / Executive Chef at Prestonwood Baptist Church in Plano.
A multi-year hospitality veteran with extensive experience in banquets, Chef Jesse began his career in Tulsa OK, after studying at Oklahoma State University receiving an associate degree in Culinary Arts – Food Service Management. From there he held Executive Chef and management positions in the Dallas and Fort Worth areas including Executive Chef at the Omni Hotel in Richardson, Executive Chef at University Club at Galleria in Dallas, Chef de Cuisine at the Dallas Country Club and Executive Chef with Wolfgang Puck Catering Inc., in Dallas.
