Chamber welcomes Free from Baggage

(Rowlett) October 25, 2012 – The Rowlett Chamber of Commerce welcomed new member Free From Baggage Counseling with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Tuesday, October 23.

Kimberly Rumczikas has a Bachelors Degree in Social Work from Valparaiso University in Indiana and a Masters in Social Work from University of Illinois at Chicago-Jane Addams College of Social Work. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

Kimberly has worked with a variety of issues such as domestic violence, aging issues, bipolar disorders, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, adjustment, medical issues impacting mood, and low self-esteem. She typically uses a cognitive behavioral approach; however each client is different, so other approaches may be utilized such as supportive validation, solution focused, etc.

Let a licensed therapist be your baggage handler!

Free From Baggage Counseling Services will come to  your home to check your emotional baggage. Whether you live in a residential home, apartment, or independent living, FFBCS will come to you to check your baggage.

If you are looking for a therapist who is NOT just going to sit back, take notes and nod, then FFBCS is for you. The goal is for you to feel understood without judgment and to challenge your thinking to overcome your situation.
