Located near Wylie, Coventry includes training in pottery, sign language, and social skills, therapeutic music, moderated exercise, and a daily session in the Build the Brain center which includes use of computer, and various sensory integration techniques.

Coventry was conceived out of the need and desire to provide an appropriate, active lifestyle for adults with special needs when they no longer qualify for public school programs.  What began in 2002 as a vision of a small group of parents in a private home, is now a facility in a beautiful country setting serving a larger number of adults.

The mission of Coventry is stated as follows:  To make a difference in the lives of adults with functional disabilities by providing life enrichment opportunities and encouraging them to use their God-given abilities as they work, learn and socialize in a safe and cheerful environment.

Coventry does not accept any federal or state funding and is supported by tuition payments, pottery sales, and donations of funds, time and services.  Find more information atwww.coventryreserve.org.
