Rockwall ISD names interim athletic positions

(ROCKWALL ISD – December 4, 2012) Rockwall ISD has named Lee Stout as the interim athletic director effective January 2 following the recent resignation of Athletic Director Scott Smith.  The district is developing a search process for a new athletic director and will be posting the open position prior to releasing for winter break. Chris Patton, who currently serves on the coaching staff at Rockwall High School, has been named interim head varsity football coach.  The district will also be posting this job opening and conducting a search to fill the open position.  Coach Patton will remain as interim head coach until the search is complete and a new RHS varsity football head coach has been named.
