Nebbie Williams Principal Lisa Gielow congratulates spelling bee winner Paige Carsia (5th grade) and runner-up, Blake Lewis (5th grade).

(ROCKWALL ISD-January 22, 2013) Nebbie Williams Elementary hosted its annual Spelling Bee for grades 4-6 on January 11.
