(ROCKWALL-January 26, 2013) Joshua Harper, a 6th grade student at Nebbie Williams Elementary, recently received the Rotary “Student of Honor” award.
He was chosen by the 6th grade team of teachers in recognition of his outstanding academic and citizenship achievement.
Harper expressed what a great experience and honor it was to receive this award and meet many of the influential leaders in our community.
