(GARLAND) January 7, 2013 – Olympian and New York Times best-selling author Vince Poscente will be the guest speaker as the Garland Chamber of Commerce hosts its 81st Annual Banquet from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 31 at the Hyatt Place Dallas Garland.
