(ROWLETT-January 9, 2013) The Rowlett Chamber of Commerce welcomed new member Dave Spooner Photography with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Tuesday, January 8.
Dave loves to capture beauty, action and memories frozen in a moment of time in his photography.

Dave has special packages available for family portraits, senior pictures shot on location of choice and he has a very special arrangement to shoot portraits, by appointment, at the Hilton at The Harbor in Rockwall. He has full access to all the indoor and outdoor common areas and the surroundings are very, very tasteful and elegant. It is a lovely venue for engagement or anniversary portraits.
