(ROCKWALL ISD – January 16, 2013) Friends of Rachel at Utley Middle School is sponsored by counselor, Elizabeth Peters. The students are excited to kick of a shoe drive that supports underprivileged children and adults at hospitals, orphanages, and shelters.
The group will collect athletic shoes during the months of January and February. The shoe bank is a part of Helping Hands of Rockwall County.
