Eagle Scout project creates garden beds for mobility impaired

(February 3, 2013) Eagle Scout candidate Will Senecal Jr. of St. Patrick Church Troop 719 Circle 10 Council recently coordinated a project to build two raised garden beds to help those who are mobility impaired start and care for herbs at the Audelia Road Library.

The project will ask members of the community to grow one vegetable in a container or garden to be donated in the fall.

Gardening information and workshops will be held throughout the spring and summer.
