(ROCKWALL-February 23, 2013) The Rockwall Rotary recently recognized Garrett Mowery from Maurine Cain Middle School as its Student of Honor for the month of February.
Mowery was honored for his outstanding academic and citizenship achievement.
Assistant Principal Timothy Allen presented Garrett at the Rotary’s weekly lunch time meeting.
