CertaPro Painters: Walkin’ the walk

“We aren’t here to paint you a pretty picture of how things should be, only to fall flat on our promises. We walk you through every step of the process, follow through on every detail, and top it off with a job well done,” said Tyler Mancuso, owner of CertaPro in Rockwall.

The full-service residential, commercial, interior and exterior painting company is committed to delivering quality work and impeccable service. Mancuso meets with each customer to thoroughly understand their expectations. During a walk-through of the home, he takes detailed notes on what’s to be done; he reviews written warranties and offers customers a free color consultation.

When job details are confirmed, a CertaPro Job Supervisor calls the day before work is set to begin, and calls again the next morning to let the customer know they are on their way. There’s another walk-through with the customer to confirm details.

“Punctuality and communication are very important to us,” Mancuso explained. “We respect our customers and we have good communication with them. Our Job Site Supervisor must speak English, and we work very hard to find only the best painters. They are trained to do quality work and cleanup. I always say a good painter doesn’t need a drop cloth; a great painter does!”

When work is completed, there is another walk-through “while the brushes are still wet.” They address any questions or concerns right there on the spot.

“We take each job personally,” Mancuso said. “We want to be sure the customer is happy and that we did a quality job. We respect your home, we respect your family; we respect your pets.”

CertaPro maintains a high rating with customers as shown in customer surveys.

“They were on time and didn’t stop until the job was done,” said Fred Self. “They did exactly what we agreed to. An excellent crew – respectful, competent, professional.”

Joe Hayes had to fire his outside painters and then hired CertaPro.“They were an absolute blessing, awesome, polite, professional, and clean. They communicated great,” he said.

Ted Padgett Jr. was impressed with the company’s promptness, how well they cleaned up, their attention to detail and that the supervisor took time to let him ask questions.

“Their bid was in line with the others. It was a good deal for us. They were timely, returned phone calls and there were no hidden fees,” he said.
