(ROCKWALL-March 21, 2013) On Thursday, March 21, the Rockwall Rotary recognized Madeline Conselman as the Student of the Honor for the month of March.
Presenting Madeline with award is Williams Middle School Principal Billy Pringle. Madeline is the daughter of Rotary President Frank Conselman. She was honored for her outstanding academic and citizenship achievement.
