(ROCKWALL-May 9, 2013) The Rockwall Radio Control Sport Flyers Club will host its 3rd Annual Spring Fling Fun Fly and Expo this Saturday, May 11. The event will be held at the flying field off Highway 276/Dalton Road.
Gates open at 8:15 a.m. and activities run through 1 p.m. Spectators are encourged to bring sunglasses, sunblock and portable chairs to enjoy the show. There will be free RC training flights for the entire family. Also see professional flight demos.
Raffle tickets for great prizes will be available.
Guest flyers are welcome with AMA membership ($5 landing fee includes raffle ticket).
In the case of bad weather, the event will be Saturday, May 18.
