(Rockwall) June 26, 2013 – Among the many exciting changes happening at the JER Chilton YMCA at Rockwall is the welcoming of a new Sports Director. Bill Cadman has extensive experience with the YMCA and a wealth of knowledge about providing quality sports programs.
Bill has been part of the Y family for more than 10 years, including three years as Sports Director at the Cross Timbers YMCA, five years as Sports Director at the Park Cities YMCA in Highland Park, and two years as Sports Coordinator at Town North YMCA.
Bill graduated from Youngstown University where he played basketball. He is the 2008 recipient of the Herschel Hodges Outstanding Achievement Award.
Bill and his wife Mary are moving to the area from Colleyville and are looking forward to the possibilities that lay ahead in Rockwall.
“I’m so excited to be moving to a community that is so sports-minded and where parents and volunteers care so much and are so involved in their kids’ lives,” he said.
Bill will begin his new position on July 8.
