Sponsors sought for Development Youth Rodeo Association

June 1, 2013 – Has your child or a youth you know ever been interested in rodeo or learning more about horses and riding?  Can you imagine trying to play a game or sport such as baseball without ever practicing before a game?  In order to become better at sports you have to practice, the same concept applies to rodeo and riding horses.

US Developmental Youth Rodeo Association is a nonprofit (501c3) organization which is a youth only rodeo association that offers children and teens (ages 3 – 21) the opportunity to learn any rodeo event that they are interested in.  They are the only organization in North Texas that allows kids to learn and practice different events before moving up to competition levels.  It is their goal to keep the sport of rodeo alive and provide youth with an opportunity that they may not otherwise have to learn this great sport.

Without the support of dedicated parents, participants and community, they could not provide kids with this opportunity. All participants that become members and adhere to the guidelines for participation are eligible for end of the year prizes.

There are several different levels of sponsorship available for local companies and individuals to participate.  For more information and a sponsorship form, visit usdyra.com.
