Fundraiser at Samee’s Pizza Getti benefiting Sean Romo

(Rockwall) July 17, 2013 – There will be a fundraising event from 5 p.m. to midnight Thursday, August 15 at Samee’s Pizza Getti Italian Bistro & Lounge to benefit Sean Romo and family.

Event organizers write: “For those of you who are not aware of the situation, a very good friend of many people in Rockwall, Sean Romo, was in very bad accident on 4th of July at noon.

He was CareFlighted to Parkland Hospital where he still remains. You can visit his Caring Bridge site, managed by his amazing wife, to stay up to date on his progressions: http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/seanromo. Sean and his family need help with the medical and supplementary bills that are rapidly piling up and this is a time where we need to come together as a community to help one of our own!”

Through August 15, stop by Samee’s Pizza Getti Italian Bistro & Lounge, located at 561 E. Interstate 30 in Rockwall, to drop off a business card off, along with any donation you’re able to contribute, to enter yourself into a drawing for one *free* pizza per WEEK for an entire YEAR!

Also, a percentage of food sales for the entire day will also be donated to the family’s fund.
