(Rockwall) July 2, 2013 – The Rockwall Music Teachers Association met recently to elect officers and to set event dates for the 2013-2014 season.
President Pat Sproull hosted the meeting and led the agenda. New officers for the upcoming season are Michele McDonald, President; Karen Porter, Treasurer; and Mary Etta Hobbs, Secretary.
The Rockwall Music Teachers is an organization made up of independent music teachers in piano, voice, strings and winds. Events are offered to students who play solo instruments as well as chamber music and piano ensemble. The organization is currently accepting applicants for membership. Dues are $20 per year and they should be sent by August 1, 2013.
