(Rockwall County / Heath) August 27, 2013 – There will be a FREE Heath Community Senior Health Fair from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 18 at the Heath Community Room, 200 Laurence Drive in Heath.
The event is open to all seniors, family members and residents who are interested in learning more about services for seniors in the Rockwall County area.
The Health Fair will feature resources and tips to keep you informed, medication reviews, health screenings all day, blood sugar test by Lake Pointe Health Networks, hearing test by Costco Wholesale, blood pressure check by Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Rockwall, and a body mass test and healthy snacks by Weight Off for Life.
Entertainment will be provided by the Rockwall-Heath High School Choir. There will also be door prizes and refreshments.
