Pooch Plunge to benefit Rowlett’s homeless pets

(Rowlett) August 13, 2013 – Friends of Rowlett Animals will host their fourth annual Pooch Plunge benefiting Rowlett’s homeless pets at 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday, August 18 at Wet Zone, 5304 Main Street in Rowlett.

Bring your four legged “best friend” for a dip in the pool. “Hula Hound” Costume, “Bobbing for Hotdogs,” and “Funniest Trick” contests will be held during the event.

The cost is $5 per dog; humans admitted free! Rabies tags or paper copies of vaccinations required.
