(Rockwall) September 2, 2013 – Rockwall County Republican Women will host their monthly meeting on Monday, September 9 at The City of Heath Community Room located at Heath City Hall.
The guest speaker will be Lillie Ralph on the history of the black electorate. Ralph is involved with GameChaingers, an organization whose goal is to break the “mental chains of progressivism through information, education and activation.”
Ralph is married to Eugene, one of the founders and vice presidents of GameChaingers.
